2. No Return Policy

Important: Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not offer any return or product exchange once an order is delivered. This policy is strictly followed for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are strictly limited and only applicable under the specific conditions listed below:

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If the customer cancels the order successfully before it is shipped.
